  Truth be told, while the entire editorial staff has taken the jet down to Guanajuato for a much needed semi-monthly week long vacation, our technical staff remains in the office hard at work improving the technology that makes not just this site, but the entire internet possible. Sadly, most of these changes will be invisible and the site will still look this shitty come Tuesday. Wish you were here!

  As long as you’re on vacation, let me plug my friends’ band who are coming to Houston from Austin. They’re called Hymn Six and they’re opening up at Jet Lounge Saturday night at 8pm. They are for fans of Modest Mouse etc… House of Moist, Swinging Theresa, and Peekaboo Theory fill out the lineup.
