HOLLA! A big hello from a crooked table in a still quiet corner of the Shady Tavern.  Today the entire most extreme party call me network will be coming to you live from the OBAMEPIC Saturday Secret Show festival – two days, 30 bands, lots of sunscreen and more than a few moments in front of a fan.  The first set of bands are loading in as we write, we don’t recognize them at the moment, so investigation is merited.   Yes, the exact time-slots of the event is kept secret even from our prying ears.

In spite of the predicted 100+ temperatures today, everything is pretty cool in the shade, though not as cold as the beer we are on the verge of enjoying.  So, if you aren’t doing much more than sitting here clicking refresh swing on by and say hello.

OH SNAP! There’s Dusti Rhodes! She’s setting up shop just to the right of the main stage and, we’re told, is going to be doing her fair share of real-time real-talk coverage as well. So be sure to head on over to the Rocks Off blog to get a look at her coverage as well. Paaaarty.  Update, its going to be too loud next to the stage, so she’s moving here next to the jukebox.  MEDIA CENTER!   Many many things may be killing the scene, but atleast there’s good coverage of the demise.
